1. Service Description

GetRefundFast ("the Service") is a proprietary refund acceleration service that expedites the processing of California state tax refunds. We do not provide tax advice, tax preparation services, or financial advice of any kind.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to individuals who have e-filed a California state tax return and are waiting for their California refund to be processed. You must be the taxpayer or an authorized representative to use this Service.

3. What We Do and Do Not Do

We use a proprietary process to expedite the processing of your California refund. We do not: (a) guarantee that your refund will be expedited, (b) access, view, or store any of your tax return information, (c) represent you before any government agency, or (d) provide tax or financial advice.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final once a call has been successfully connected. If we are unable to connect your call for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While our service is designed to help expedite the processing of your California refund, we cannot guarantee specific timelines or outcomes. The State of California makes all decisions regarding the processing and approval of tax returns.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: (a) providing accurate contact information, (b) being available at your scheduled call time, (c) having the necessary tax documents ready for the call, and (d) accurately answering verification questions during the call.

We take your privacy seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

GetRefundFast is not liable for any delays, denials, or issues with your California refund that result from state processing decisions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
